Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year at Alverno Heights Academy! This section of the website includes all of the information you need before classes begin on Tuesday, August 23, 2021. Please make sure you review all information very carefully and submit all necessary forms by Friday, August 13, 2021

Back to School Forms: This page contains two sets of the forms. The first, “Back to School Forms: Required for All Families” are the required forms for ALL families in the school. These must be completed and submitted by Friday, August 13, 2021. The second set of forms is only necessary if your daughter(s) is/are planning on playing a sport. These forms must be on file prior to her try-out for any sport. Both sets of forms will be completed through DocuSign. Academic Schedules: Your daughter will find her Academic Schedule by logging into her ALMA account. As a reminder, the username for her ALMA account is their firstname.lastname. For example, Ashley Smith would be ashley.smith. If she is unable to access ALMA, please contact Ms. Sara A. McCarthy ’05, Assistant Head of School, at or Ms. Linda Bass, Registrar, at for access. 

Athletic Forms: Athletics will resume under their normal schedule (Fall: Volleyball and Cross Country; Winter: Soccer and Basketball; and Spring: Track/Field and Softball). Student Fees: Information about academic, student life, and athletic fees for the2021-2022 school year. All appropriate fees will be added to your family’s FACTS account. Questions regarding fees should be directed to Lee Ann Bechthold, Business Manager, at

Alverno Fund: At the beginning of each school year, we ask our families to show their support for Alverno by making a donation to
The Alverno Fund (formerly known as the Annual Giving Campaign). Your gift provides us with the funds necessary to maintain the level of excellence in our academic and co-curricular programs that our families have come to expect from Alverno. Make your fundraising donation in full by Friday, August 27, 2021 and you will receive an “early-bird” donation discount of $100!

Textbook Ordering: Alverno’s previous textbook vendor, EdTech, has “retired” as a textbook store. The attached booklist contains the list of textbooks for all courses for the upcoming school year. Please refer to the course title and purchase ALL books required for those courses. Texts may be purchased used from Amazon,, other websites, or Alverno students. When purchasing used textbooks, please make sure you refer to the ISBN for each course. Only textbooks with the correct ISBN may be used. Frosh and Transfers: In addition to the forms listed above, please make sure that you have submitted a copy of your daughter’s Immunization Records to Ms. Linda Bass, Registrar, at by Friday, August 13, 2021. Additionally, Alverno will need a copy of her health insurance card.
